Do you have a physical shop?

Absolutely, and you're welcome to come and take a look around! Our retail shop is in the town center of Richmond, North Yorkshire. We frequently change the wallpapers on display in our shop as we have new designs coming in every week!

Do you provide samples?

Wallpaper Trail supplies your first 2 samples free of charge (including free postage throughout the UK). Additional samples cost £1 each however the cost of your sample will be reimbursed if you decide to purchase the wallpaper.

Ordering a sample of wallpaper is always recommended as the color shown on your screen could slightly differ from the physical product itself. Every computer/tablet/mobile has user customisable settings for the displays brightness and contrast, so papers can appear to be lighter or darker than it really is.

What payment methods do Wallpaper Trail accept?

Wallpaper Trail accepts Visa, Switch, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron, Delta and Paypal through our secure checkout process.

The wallpaper that I ordered is out of stock.

If the wallpaper you have ordered is no longer in stock we will order it directly from the manufacturer for you. Usually we receive the wallpaper from the manufacturer the next day, but if there is any unexpected delay we will contact you immediately to discuss if you would like to wait or request a refund. In most cases we can also have the manufacturer post it directly to you so you will still receive your order within 24 hours.

How much is delivery? How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping throughout the UK is free, and we aim to send out all orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please contact us to request a quote for international delivery.

My wallpaper arrived faulty, what is your returns policy?

Please send us a sample of the wallpaper along with the original product label(s).

If your delivery arrives in a less than satisfactory condition and appears to have been damaged in transit, please note this on the delivery receipt when signing for the delivery. A photograph of the damaged box unopened would also help us in seeking a compensation refund from the delivery company.

Can I return non faulty wallpaper?

Non faulty wallpaper may be returned in the same condition as dispatched, in its original factory packaging, within twenty-eight days subject to a 25% re-stocking charge. We are unable to accept returns for quantities less than 2 rolls, or wallpapers that have been specially cut to order (eg. those sold by the meter).

Can you supply fabrics to match my wallpaper?

Yes, however we don't currently have any fabrics on our website. Please get in touch with your request and we would be happy to assist.
